Why do I get "Permission denied"? Is it still not available for some countries?

I'm in the US and I can't download it either. It gives permission denied if I try to run it, and get a read error if I try a right-click and save as. Using an FTP client returns: "! Download failed on 63.245.209.125 (/pub/firefox/releases/4.0/win32/en-US/Firefox Setup 4.0.exe). (Permission denied.)"

Certainly does. Using it now. They moved some stuff around and half my plugins do not work anymore, but seems to be fine.
