Hi Shark
I have seen 2 different MPC-HC x86. one is on your VCP codec page that is http://xvidvideo.ru/, and another one is http://mpc-hc.sourceforge.net/index.html Just want to know are there any difference between them. I mainly use MPC-HC because of its DXVA acceleration. I can see from these 2 sites, that the one on your VCP page gets updated very often, so just a bit confused here. Which one is better in terms of DXVA acceleration, and stability. Thank you |

Thank you the one on Sourceforge is released by the main developer and considered to be 'stable' The page I link to has development releases that are current (near daily) with many fixes over the stable' version. shark |

If I had highspeed I would place them on rapidshare for you, but I use dialup. possibly a fellow msfn user will read this and upload them elsewhere and place links in this thread. shark |

I will wait and see if anybody who has the latest builds, upload them somewhere soon btw i never knew your using dialup, it must be very slow, and uploading all your VCP pack must take ages. Its so weird, that this http://www.xvidvideo.ru/ updates their MPC-HC every 2-3 days, but still when i try to download, it wont let me. Maybe they require a user to register to download. Only if the page was all in english it would have been easy to understand and see why they dont allow people to download their latest builds of MPC-HC

I got it from the site you posted: http://www.xvidvideo.ru/ Though I cant read the language, I had no problem getting the download. weird, everytime i try to download, my internet download manager catches this link http://www.xvidvideo.ru/component/option,c...%F8%E5%ED%E8%E5 anyways thnx, i will try disabling my download manager and see if that works EDIT: Found the problem, it was my download manager (internet download manager) as soon as i disabled the IDM extension on firefox, it worked. thanks This post has been edited by shahed26: Aug 2 2008, 06:19 PM |
