I have the X-Fi Xtremegamer Pro sound card. I can unzip the drivers (SBXF_PCDRV_LB_2_18_0004.exe) to a folder. Problem is there are so many files in there, I don't know which one to put in Nlite for the driver to be integrated. I don't even know if this can be done or if this driver has to be installed after the Windows installation. I'm talking Windows XP Pro here.

Can this be done, has anyone done it? If so please instruct my dumb a**. Thanks

Mike89,
What you are looking for is the .inf file(s). Do a search on the extracted folder for file name *.inf. Hopefully this will show the file(s) you need to point nLite to. There may be more than one and you may need to decide which one(s) to use by the contents of the file. See what OS it applies to for instances. Other forum readers may have more input on how to pick which .inf files.
Enjoy, John.

I opened one of the last beta drivers i had used, i use another sound card now,find wdma_emu.inf inside the archive.

path i had:
S:\Windows\Win_Drivers\xi-fi\SBXF_PCDRVBETA_US_2_18_0000.exe\Drivers\wdm\
copy entire WDM folder and point nlite to wdma_emu.inf.

OR if you have different driver, simply extract driver, set explorer to search for any file containing the text content of:
XFi.DeviceDesc="Creative X-Fi Audio Processor (WDM)"
and you should be good / you have found the driver file.
