I'm not going to cut and copy the whole thing, I just thought I'd provide the link:

Supposedly XP Plus is causing problems for a lot of users with certain video cards (my TNT2 is one of them). I fortunately haven't yet installed the Plus pack and don't seem to have as many problems as some, even with the same or similar hardware. Perhaps this might be the common theme?

Anyone with XP and Plus with one of the video cards mentioned having these problems? I also have an SB Live that works great for me and wanted to try out Plus but not THAT badly..

Good to know Intense because I have an ATI AIW Radeon 32MB card coming in the mail. Have you had any other probs using this card under XP?

Wow, that might be the cause of my lock-ups, now that I think about it it's one of the things I didn't have before, when I wasn't locking up. I'll have to check it out heh...

I have the ATI Radeon AIW 32meg, i have XP and the plus pack installed and have not had any problems at all.
