 Virus/Spyware/Etc. What type of people are these? |

What type of person goes around distributing a program that causes headaches for other people? Not only that, but I try to imagine the amount of time it most take to make these things. Can anyone here understand why a person would want to do such a thing? Imagine what type of world we could make if these people worked towards constructive things.*gasp*
