I need a 17" LCD monitor. Following brands are available here:

Philips
Viewsonic
BenQ
LG
NuTech

Which one would be the best best. No big resolution needed. Just 1024x768 or 1280x960. But wide angle veiwability should be there, and it is to be used in sunny area w/ curtainless windows, so brightness is important.
No frills and fancies such as biult-in speakers etc. are needed.

I installed the CPU driver for my Sempron 2800+ for soscket 754. Then I turned on CNQ in BIOS. Then monitored through CPU-Z realtime clock checker. The CPU runs at a constant 1607 MHz. Does it mean CNQ is not working? If yes, how to make it work. Mobo is an MSI K8N Neo w/ BIOS 1.7 .

I know that Dell LCDs are some of the best (although their systems are not as good). However there is no Dell dealership here in Pakistan. I don't want to import one panel from Dubai for a single customer.
