I Have a site and i want to assign usernames to my close friends.Can any one Tell me how to do that.Also i have some 2 GB of space and want to assign them some 100 mb space .PLease help

you must to create a database in xml, mdb, mysql, ... and make a authetication.
wthat´s the problem?
