Well I uploaded it to my profile. It was a jpeg and it was within pixel and size limits that were posted. I think its not working because it doesn't show next to my posts....

i changed it for you, i think you mixed the personall photo with avatar
next time go to http://www.msfn.org/board/edit-avatar-settings.html and change it there

OOPPPSS Thanks for your help.
I went to the control panel by clicking your link, but, Is there another way to get there? Maybe I'm just being ignorant, but I don't see it???? Oh, I see it now - My Controls. DUUHH on my part. No, he didn't. Last night HDD crashed and upload folder was replaced with backup 2 days old. He will need to reupload his avatar.
