The french developed somewhat of a "cure" a while back (2 years ago). It could halt HIV dead in its tracks, but your body would have to reverse the process on its own. It couldn't do anything for AIDS, however. The medicine never made it to the US, though, more than likely because of some economic humbug.

In either case, I wouldn't expect this newfound "cure" to hit the market for another couple years, and you can be darn sure the marketers will be doing extensive research regarding its monetary value during that time. Their goal will be to let it go in way that they can receive the largest net gain without losing too many customers due to high prices, thus reaching maximum economic effeciency. God forbid they figure out their cost per dose and set their rates accordingly, even 2x keystone would probably be a reasonable price.
