Good Morning,
I'm trying to update my audio driver using this info: If a UAA error occurs while attempting to update an audio driver in Windows XP, download and install Microsoft QFE Update (KB835221) to Support UAA Bus Driver (in English). Install the UAA Bus driver first, restart the computer, and then install the updated audio driver. FYI i`ve downloaded the update SP26334 (Microsoft QFE Update) but when i`m applying the update i`ve encountered an error as per below:- This is only to be used on HP Consumer PC pre-installed with Windows XP. Your pc does not meet this requirements, so update is being aborted. Why this is happeninng since my HP DC5700 SFF Desktop PC is running on Window XP Professional. I assume that if i can install the update as per above then my problem will be solved and FYI this is happening beforehand to me with my HP Notebook C700. But after installing the update, my audio (Realtek High Definition) is working well. Please help me on this technical issues. FYI i'm downgrading Vista to XP SP2. All your co-operation is highly appreciated by me |

This sub-forum is for Windows XP 64-bit only. If you are talking about 32-bit Windows XP you want the forum above this one.
