Here is the objective, creating a RAM Drive from a CD ROM so that programs that need read and write access to memory will be able to do this. I want to put HDD Regenerator onto a CD ROM in a IMG file and then launch it from boot scriptor into the RAM Drive. I found some info but non relating to CD ROMS, can you guys help me......

Use bart's pe builder it has a ram drive plugin. I also started a thread on how to add a ram drive to your install or winpe, search the forums on it. Bootdisks also have ram drives.

Ok, i read the post, interesting, but did not address what i wanted. I want the disk to be created in DOS rather than when i boot, so i could load programs into it. Kinda like how winpe creates it before it starts loading stuff into the drive.
