I was wondering if you could change the Windows 2000 setup backdrop because (Even though I don't have a copy of 2K) I have an idea

Well are the bitmaps in the same place as XP? (winntblu.dl_)

Well what if you don't like a low res depiction of squares and the Windows 2000 logo and what about the graphics in the wizard?(The purple bevel with the windows logo on it)

Well they just use a grids of 2 colors to give the illusion of non pallete colors.

setup background image = setup_w.bm_ (640x480x16 _standard_color palette)
the icon in the top right corner is a resource stored in syssetup.dl_ if u need any other locations of any WIN2K setup files.. just ask.. |
