Yea, but why did you keep these bmps with a printer on it (the taskbar ones)? I don't see them show up anywhere...

Dear spplus,
the printer bitmaps aren't used at all. That's why.

spplus,

Please note that there is a more recent version of explorer.exe than the one you are working with.

Here are the info about the last explorer.exe version:
And, hey, that's an icon fix!

The printer bitmaps are displayed on the taskbar, during a printer job processing.

If they are taken from the Explorer.exe, they should not be removed.

--------------

I made an experiment. The icon with printer and red exclamation mark is displayed on the taskbar, when a printer error happens. I found no other copy of this icon in the shell32.dll. So, it is taken from the Explorer.exe, I believe.

Since I have to explain I'll do it properly.

The only thing I am interested in is this Bitmap_3:

Since this bitmap should be used in Start Menu Properties, and it's not (I can't find and option that will show it to me in that dialog) i am wondering if this can be removed.

QUOTE (spplus)
So, like I said previously, this bitmap now weighs less 1,31 kb. Satisfied?

It's not really about anyone's satisfaction here, it's about removing the bitmap, not making it 1,31kb smaller. If it isn't in use it should be removed. Pure logic.
