Hi, recently I tried the Vistapack 2.4 by Damian666: it is a very good pack.
But I never liked too much the default Vista animations of copy/move/delete file, so I replaced them with others I took from internet.

The problem is, they don't show up. The dialog box doesn't show the avi during the copy progress.
I first thought it was an incompatibilty with the Vistapack, which changes the default dialog box, but I tried restoring the file, and nothing changed.
I also placed in system32\dllcache a copy of the modified shell32.dll (there was no shell32.dll at all), but again nothing changed.
Anyone knows how to fix the problem? Thanks to everyone!
