It's not a trial.
Google "Fighter's Stronghold" and see for yourself. "Bethesda Softworks announced today that they will release the latest and last downloadable content for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion on Monday, Oct. 15. Called Fighter's Stronghold, the content will be free for one week via elderscrolls.com (for PC) and Xbox Live (for Xbox 360)." |

Its the only real place you should get the Oblivion plugins. |
