Hi, after I reinstall the Vista, hybrid sleep doesn't work normal anymore. When I try to wake my computer from hybrid sleep, it will stops response for about two to three minutes before it starts loading. Does anyone know what will be the problem?

My first guess would be drivers. auto updates doesnt always offer the latest drivers. Id try to d/l them from your OEM/manufaturer

Thanks for the help. I had updated all the drivers but I still have the same problem. Then I tried hannubys's way, and here is the result:

That's the tool. Can you post the contents that the tool put into C:\TEMP somewhere for us to take a look at, perhaps?

My C:\TEMP only has two files, one is the xbootmgr.txt, which I posted above; the other is standby_BASE+CSWITCH+DRIVERS+POWER_1 which is a 100mb file. I had tried to open it but I got a message that says the file could be successfully open. Do I need some program to open .etl file?

Yes, when you installed the tool from the link above it did install a Windows Performance Analyzer tool in your start menu to open the .etl file.

I seem to be having the same (or a very similiar) problem. I am able to go to sleep properly. However, when I wake up, if I try to immediately launch a program there is a 2-3 minute pause. After the pause everything works great (including sound, video, etc).

Here's my system config:

Vista x64 SP-1 (fresh install with all updates)
AMD Phenom X3
ECS GeForce7050M-M V2 motherboard (latest BIOS and Nvidia drivers)
ATI 4850 Video Card (latest driver)

I've updated a 7zip'd trace file here:

Any hints or tips would be greatly appreciated.
