anyones knows if theres a way to send and recieve free sms for free? icq used to have this ability but its not free anymore.
im trying to send/recieve sms with a friend abroad.
really appreciate any help

their service is not free just a try-out but even that needs a PIN which i dont know where to get.

the phone companies doesnt support sending SMS to all countries and we dont have any credit cards here to use.our banks are not approved by other countries and ...
