Just built my new system:

AMD 64 3200+
1gig geil ddr 400
ati radeon x850xt pci-e

I ran some 3d marks on it to test it out:

01 se : 22385
03: 11738
05: 5781

I have no idea if these scores are good for my system or bad, I have ran games such as cs:source. I thought I would get 100fps pretty much constant but it goes from 100 down to 60 etc I dont know if its me expecting too much or ?. Is there anything I can use to really test it to see if its performing to its max

Should I turn off vsync in the ati options or is there any bios stuff I need to set for my card?
