Well I seem to have trouble taking screenshots of my main computer - apparently windows has trouble taking screenshots if you've got 3x 1920x1080 screens. ho hum.

i didn't modded the VS so it must look exactly the same as yours... or perhaps b/c my quicklaunch is enabled and that's way it looks a bit broader...

also i'd unlocked the taskbar, so it's now more broader ... thank you.

As for my desktop... not much change from last month. Actually, my desktop screenshot is the exact same now as it was at the start of June (look back for the first Mandy Moore picture in June Desktops).

All the desks here are super stuff....One of the reasons I join so many forums is to see what others like or prefer also..It's great to see so many variations in appeal, these actually transform my everyday attitude towards my themes. Seeing what others have to dress up the occassion..

It's been a while. I was really satisfied with my previous desktop so it took a while to change. Does anyone have any suggestions for a metre to replace that (IMO somewhat) ugly rainmeter on the right side of the screen?

It's miranda with the IEView plugin

You could try using Samurize or Coolmon. AveDesk with SysStats also allows for displaying of system information like that.
