I obtained the Intel 945PM Express Chipset INF Update Utility in .ZIP format from this website:

Now I don't know which of the INFs from the file to pick. There's dozens of them. I've read the Read Me file but it's no help. I've even searched the forums. Help me!

Also, I had a few more quick questions about components I may need. I have already integrated the Intel Matrix Storage Manager for Intel® 82801GBM SATA AHCI Controller (Mobile ICH7M). Do I need the following items under Hardware Support having already integrated these two items (Intel Chipset and Intel Storage Matrix)?

ALI 1535 SMBus Host Controller
ALI IDE Controller
CMD PCI IDE Controller
Intel PCI IDE Controller
Toshiba PCI IDE Controller
VIA PCI IDE Controller
CPU Intel

Edit: Oh yea. I'm using Windows XP Professional SP2

You can select any inf from that folder, the whole folder will be integrated.

I would keep:
CPU Intel
and maybe even just in case but it's not a must if you integrate:
Intel PCI IDE Controller
