Hello everyone.

We have an hp 3700 printer that started printing a blue short line about 1/2" every 4 or 5" appart and it prints on every paper.

Are rollers causing this? Do I need a maintenance kit for the printer?

Looks like the fuser is damaged by something, replacing the damaged toner cartridge will resolve your problem.

There is not much to replace and you don’t need to be a genius for this .

Take out the blue cartridge and take a look at its green roller (keep it out of UV light as much as you can, and only for a short period) and you will see it’s damaged somehow or something got stuck on it. Don’t touch the roller by the way...
