geek
has anyone else had cookie issues on this site?

This has happen to me on 2 separate PCs (work and home)
using Firefox 2.0.0.8

heres what happened just a few minutes ago:

I was logged in and replied to a topic.
It still shows "Logged in as: geek ( Log Out )" after posting
I click MSFN Forums > at the top and its asking for my UN/PW in the header of the next page
I put in my UN/PW and it just kicks me back to the login form without error
I go to tools/options/privacy/show cookies/find msfn.com cookie/remove cookie
Relogin to site with same UN/PW -it works

I've had to do this at least once a day off and on for the last week
I thought it was because i was switching PCs and but I havent been to the office since friday (not that that should matter -the office is the same IP to you guys anyways)

Its not a big deal but i figured id mention it

Yes, I know for this issue. It's a Firefox issue. We can't do anything about it. I got several mails from members almost every day about same issue.

Uh-uh!!! Even stranger, in both Win98SE and W2K3 using IE6SP1 (all patches/hotfixes), I first clear ALL cache, cookies, and history. When I go to MSFN main page, go to Sign-on screen, enter my Uid/Pwd, ("remember me/anonymous"), I get the Sign-on screen AGAIN but I am signed on!!! I wind up clicking on "Home" to get myself properly going (which BTW opens a new Explorer screen, at which time I EXIT the offending Sign-on screen).

So are you sure there isn't some kind of bug that's been introduced???

edit - "problem" gone(?).
