Did you restart after installing the Filter Manager? (yes wise veteran to Restart)
Anyway try restarting your computer now and see if that helps, (restarting computer nothing help)
if that does not solve the issue please report. (???????help)

WTF man whats that got to do with windows vista sounds like you should post in the VLite sect. of this board. I'm sure this has already been answered though...
