Hi, I got a problem. I want to recieve a network stream through an rtp protocol with VLC player. But no video is showing up. I've tried the same thing with a compuer running windows XP sp2 pro, and it works without a single problem. Firewall is off, Win firewall as well. I 've tried to solve it by selecting Win gdi, DirectX or OpenGL as a display device, but nothing. It seems like the IGMP protocol is disabled somewhere in Win Vista. But I don't know. Does anyone have an idea?

Thanks,
Filip

I'm back. Problem is solved. I performed a deep googling and here is the solution for those, who have the same problem. You have to created these registry enteries, which are dword type. Insert the values in the brackets:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters\IGMPLevel (2)
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters\IGMPVersion (4)

You have to restart the computer to make it run.
Enjoy!
