right now im using nlited xp with some components removed from this os. i have one question; can i install SP3 on this nlited xp? my concern is that SP3 will install patches/hotfixes for components that never exist on my xp, will this cause my windows to be unstable or so?

From my experience, installing SP3 on n-lited SP2 PC will ALSO install anything you've already removed earlier with n-lite. It caused me quite the troubles and I have to revert back to SP2... Try on virtual machine first, as a precaution...

Naw it won't be good, it will most likely fail and if not will surely cause problems...

it works, but reinstalls all the things you have removed and it will break the install/Uninstall Feature of the Windows Componen Installer
