I dislike the fact that I can't quickly switch between tabs in a worksheet.

I dislike the fact they made it more GUI then technical.

Also a fellow Secratary was ticked off when using the layout options.

They complained about this for a good 30 minutes.

I am referencing to Microsoft Office 2007 the most newest one. Good lord we had 2003 last year and then they drop this nonsense on us. Even the proffessor was like oh they do this way.

There's an application out there that will do this for a fee. Why not just reinstall 2003?

not everyone has that choice. IT departments usually make the decisions on what gets deployed and when.

Assuming you can't reinstall 2003; try and find the application to convert the 2007 ribbon to 2003 menus, then check with your IT department to see if you can install it.
