I am having problems getting sound out of my speakers when watching DVDs that I have ripped and stored on my Hard drive. Since I have to install a VOB codec, I installed WINDVD and when I play them in the WINDVD app, I can hear the sound perfectly. However, when I try to play the movies from the MCE "My DVDs" the video is perfect, but no sound. It was working with another CODEC (I forget which one, and am trying them now) but I had to reblast my system after I installed Netflix which trashed my DRM cache and then started getting random aborts during play back. Very unhappy with netflix on that, but I digress.

Any suggestions, what are known good Codecs that I should use get allow the VOB sounds to come through?
