ok im trying to set up a website and im having a bit of problems. First i downt know how to make it so that i dont have to put a password in just to view my web pages, i want anyone to see it. second how do i makeit so that other people can see it (something about prot fowarding) and one know how to do this?

I'd suggest first asking your ISP if you're even allowed to host your own website.

Yes, you'll need to forward port 80 (or is it 8080 for IIS?) to your PC's IP address. Go to your router's config and find a port-forwarding section, assign your computer a static IP and forward the above ports to that computer.

Check out Setting up a Web Server. The site shows you how to set up IIS or Apache to run your own site from home.
