I've made a slipstreamed installation disk of Windows XP Professional with the SATA drivers for my Toshiba Satellite. When i go to burn the CD, Nero says that there isn't enough room on the CD-RW to burn the disc. What am I doing wrong? I only added the drivers and nothing else, still it says "Not enough room".

Any advise anyone? wacko.gif

Hi and welcome to MSFN.

First bit of advise, turn off your capslock. I fixed your post. smile.gif

how much bigger is it. you might be able to burn it if u enable overbrun or w/e its called. my advice would be to use nlite first to remove any components you know you wouldn't need.

If you use a cd-rw you can't overburn.
If you don't want to remove anything you could use a cd-r with a slight overburn (only if it's 10-20 MB) or a DVDR(W) if it's more than that.
The best solution IMO is to remove unneeded things like windows tour (takes a lot of space!) msn explorer; and maybe asian fonts.
Then your image will fit on a cdrw.

A last tip: do NOT use Nero for burning the image, but IMGBurn ( freeware)
