I don't get any image after I finish the process...i tried direct burning but still nothing...what's wrong. Using SP3.

Does your last screen have a big "Make ISO" button in the center of it ?

define "not working"... is it greyed out? does it "click"... does anything happen when you click the "Make ISO" button? Does it start the process and freeze, or not even start the process?
Under "Mode" do you have "Create Image"? ISO Engine = default? Boot Sector = default?
