Recently, every time I open MS Word 2003, it opens to a light blue screen. I can't do anything from this screen, and I can't access my documents. After opening Word over and over again, it will suddenly disappear and opens normally. Can anyone help with this? I'm running Windows XP Home Edition on a Dell Inspiron 600M.

Have you tried deleting your normal.dot?

For anyone that might have this problem, this is one of the options that can be found in your menu. Just search around under the extras / options menu.
