I got the menu bar to stay in IE..... but I can't find a way to get it to stay in My Computer.... Any ideas?

Tools -> Folder options -> View tab -> always show menus

Here is another one....
Open (My) Computer
Oragnize >> Layout >> Menu bar (check this one)

Wow.... I knew it had to be easy but I didn't see it. Man to I feel stupied. lol.
