Ok, I was reading the articel (link above), it's in german, so I'm gona translate it real quick: pretty much what they say is that you can mod an athlon 1700+ to 2400+ with thorton core to perform equally toan athlon xp 3200+. To do this you must 1st overclock the cpu, and 2nd connect a bridge on the cpu. By connecting the bridge on the cpu they say the locked cache registers get activated, and the athlon xp will have 512kb l2 cache instead of 256kb. My question is what would I use to connect the pins on the cpu. See the pic below
