My problem, when I go to redo my ISO after I loaded the last session, it always increases in size. I usually just change a few settings on the Components or Unattended screen (I don't add any additional hotfixes or drivers). I also notice that it says the # of MB for the Drivers increases .

When I load the last session (I don't have the Load Last Session box checked, I just click the Load button) I click Next through the screens, XP SP3 is already integrated, it shows my previously added Hotfixes/Addons/UpdatePacks/Drivers, then I arrive to the Components or Unattended screen this is where I want to make some minor changes.

When I load a session, do I need to delete the Hotfixes/Addons/UpdatePacks/Drivers that it loads & assume all these are already integrated (are these already integrated into the build from the last session)?? Is that why my ISO increases everytime?

I am curious if your ISOs install and run properly? All that I have read here indicates that one should always start with an untouched original source. I have built a folder with the original CD files and integrated my SP. I then build from there. Right now I am mostly testing post install items (WPI and Kurt_Aust's procedure), so I am just changing files not really associated with Windows. I have tried a few tweaks or other small changes to Windows via nLite and it installs OK (VMware Server) but it looks a little funny and has some strange problems such as missing labels on some buttons.

I suggest you start over with a fresh copy if you are going to change thinks like components or tweaks.

Yes, you are reintegrating everythings. For a same session, if the source is different, the output is different as well.

Look under WinXP\I386\NLDRV for each new integration and what is in those folders. Not sure what you are exactly doing but it looks like you keep adding the same drivers.
