Afternoon,
I was curious if anyone knew how to change the default folder that explorer opens up to. Currently it opens directly to Documents but I'd like it to be something different.
Already did a preliminary search for "change default folder explorer" and didn't really see anything.

Hmm while pressing "WindowsButton + E" i end up having the 'Computer' overview, meaning i see all my drives.¨
If you talk about a link, simply change the line:
"%SystemRoot%\explorer.exe" to "%SystemRoot%\explorer.exe C:\" ( without " anyway)
or where ever you want explorer to be opened.
Hope this helps.

Hmm, it did in a manner, I found the directory for my folder that contains all the user specific folders like documents, music, pictures, etc. and threw that at the end, but it does the whole browsing folder display where it opens the C drive, then users folder, and then my username. Anyway to get it to open with just the normal display to my username? Not sure if this helps. I'll play around with it some more and thanks for the reply. This is of course just a cosmetic thing and your advice will in the end be used, just curious if it can be done.
