I am considering buying business upgrade and getting an x64 disk so I can use 4GB RAM.

If I install XP32 first, can I use the business upgrade x64 SP1 WITH vLite successfully? Has anyone done this?

Could I use the upgrade trick and use vlite to edit my business upgrade?

If you mean upgrade from within Windows, you can't upgrade from 32bit to 64bit, it has to be a clean install.
