please can someone assist, Windows Small Business Server 2003 2003 downloaded and installed updates but after restarting it is showing

attempting to Boot from CD-ROM
attempting to Boot from Floppy Drive (A:)
attempting to Boot from hard Drive (C:)
Error loading operating system

Please, what steps can i follow not to lose all the settings, programs and data
I am sorry if this is not the right place but need help desperately.

Boot from the Windows SBS 2003 media and choose the repair option.
