Whenever I open up a folder, there is the sidebar with a favorite links and a list of folders. How do I disable the favorite links? I find it to be a waste of space and annoying to look at.

You can modify your answer file
Set SidebarVisible to false n x86_Microsoft-Windows-Sidebar_netutral component.
