A friend of mine is having a problem with keeping his history, cache and cookies after he shuts down or restarts his system. His initial post is below and I was hoping someone(s) in here might have some ideas about it.
"Here lately I've been having a problem with cookies. No sites are "remembering" me like they used to. I have to log in everywhere. I haven't changed anything (that I know of), what's the problem? I've tried some things within Internet Options but with no luck."
