Okay, I used the S-Video feature on my graphics card to hook it up with my television. So everything was fine when I was watching a movie, because that's the only reason I'm doing this. Now, right now, I can't see what I'm typing. I reconnected my monitor cable, yet it's not working! It will not show up on my monitor (except the weird bios thing and the beginning Windows ME load up thing).

Now, what can I do?! I need help fast...

Edit: I read everything in my manual, but it does not show anything about this. I cannot read websites (for some reason, I cannot change the text sizes well enough to read).

GeForce FX 5600 Ultra

P.S. I cannot read what I'm typing, so if there are any typsos, it doesn't matter.

if its geforce u should be able to switch through monitors from display properties..
I can't see why u're not seeing what u're typing..
is it small on the tv or something??
how did u open the forum if u don't see it?

change the resolution to a lower value.. set digital vibrance if u're getting any..

Okay, friend told me what you said.

When I restart with my monitor plug in, it does not appear on the monitor. Yet when I put the S-Video cable in again, it shows the screen on the TV.

Now, I don't always want this. And I have changed the resolutions to everything, and I still can't figure out what's wrong.

Edit: Uh oh, new problem. Everything is in black and white, and I can't figure out why. I just restarted it and it tujrned into black and white....

Sounds like your using the Svideo connection as your primary source right now. You need to right click on your desktop and go into "Properties/Settings/" and change the default monitor to your computer screen. It should have 1 and 2 listed.

When you run Svideo you usually cannot see text on your TV set because of the fuzzyness. Also, if you can't read your text, how can you read our answers?
