Can a WinPE or BartPE image be add to RIS[CIW]

or can an option be placed after pressing f12 to boot to the network that would give an option for booting to ghostCD (which is bartPE based) or booting in to RIS...

I mean how hard could it be ...right ? uh right ?

Yes - the documentation included with your copy of WinPE has directions on how to install WinPE on RIS.
