Anybody managed it to work? I tried to do it with same directions as to Win XP 32 Bit but Windows Update will freeze when I try to open it. It's all about the **** SysWOW64 folder. Is there a installer for Windows Update V6, in form of hotfix?
EDIT: Maybe in more detail, files in System32 are fine but I need extra 64 Bit Windows Update V6 files to put them into SysWOW64 folder to get it to work

Did you make sure you downloaded the x64 specific versions of the files?
There aren't 64 bit files yet, I think

. It tells you to open 32 bit Internet explorer and then aplly patch

Actually there is a different between 32 and 64 bit windows.
You can read about it here:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default....pdate_agent.aspOr if you don't bother reading here is the download link:
http://download.windowsupdate.com/v6/windo...Agent20-x64.exeAnd for the switches:
/quiet
/wuforce
/norestart
Hope this helps
