how do i get rid of the logo with WinntbbuEd?(look at pic....as u can see it looks ugly in the corner)

The current version doesnt support complete removel of those logos yet,
for now you can as a workaround replace it with a 1x1 image, or remove it
with the ResourceEditor of your choice.

The next version however will allow you to remove the logo with the editor aswell!

could u give me a step by step procedure on removing it with resource hacker?
im kinda new at this stuff and it confuses me

i could, but i would rather suggest you grab the new version 0.3.1 of WinntbbuEd, which will handle this task easierly for you
