Just a quick question, what do you have to do to be an MSFN moderator? Are you just picked by the Admins or something?

Look at Amplier.. hes running rings around everyone at the moment, even trekking across his homeland in search of news and he STILL has to make the tea for everyone in the office!
Seriously, its a lot of work for no reward, why would you want to do it?
