I have installed Windows XP on one hard drive, and XP 64bit on 2 raptors raid0. When I completed the setup, I made it dual boot from the original XP drive, but I now want to remove that drive. What files do I need to copy and how do I make it boot. (I already have it set to boot in raid.)

If memory serves me correctly,

boot.ini
ntdetect.com
ntldr

that should get you going.

...and, if you need RAID drivers (the one normally installed with F6 during install) a FOURTH file:
NTBOOTDD.SYS
i.e. a copy af the drivers renamed to NTBOOTDD.SYS
