Then open the eventlog and take a look... It does say "please check the system eventlog for more information"...

heres the incompatable things it says,

only thing i can see that being is daemon tools but i dled the 64bit version, and installed avast 64 bit edition as far as i know,

I'd say remove the applications that those drivers belong to, and reinstall.
