I'm a newbie a would like to ask for advise.

I have office xp 2002 with frontpage currently installed, and acquired Office pro 2003.

How do Install? Do I uninstall office xp first or install Office 2003 right away? How do I save data from my current Outlook?

you shouldn't have to uninstall office xp 2002, it should work if you just install office 2003. Your outlook stuff should just transfer over
