Since I've installed Windows XP 64 bit, I can't use the keyboard shortcut keys, though I installed the driver. Can you enable it through the Windows services, or is there another way?

Thanks, I tried enabling it, but it gives out this error message:
Error 126: The specified module cannot be found.
Why is that?

Run regmon and filemon (www.sysinternals.com) when starting the service, and you should see where the problem lies - either a file not found, an access denied, a registry key you can't read or doesn't exist, etc.

How do you exactly do that? I visited the site and I don't know what to do, sorry.

Go to the following links to download each utility:
- Filemon
http://www.sysinternals.com/utilities/filemon.html- Regmon
http://www.sysinternals.com/utilities/regmon.htmlThe link for each utility has instructions on the utility's usage.
Once you've downloaded and unzipped each utility, start both filemon and regmon, and then quickly attempt to start the service. Once the service starting fails, stop each utility from logging quickly (again, instructions for each at the above links). You will now be able to look through the regmon and filemon logs to see if you have any Access Denied or Not Found messages when you attempted to start the service.
