I like to click on the ads to support MSFN from time to time.
But many times these ads open in the same page itself instead of a new page

This really bugs me a lot , since i have to go back to that very page again.
I know it is not a big deal , but it bugs.

Cant the ads be made to open in a new page?

i hope something can be done about it , because then clicking on the ads wont be that buggy and will become a frequent phenomenon.

No, ads can't be open in a new window. It's against google as tos.
