Good ol' nails and a strong hammer tongue.gif

First make sure you hit the stud behind the wall, because if you put a nail in it with out hitting the stud then it will fall out.
There are also specail packages of screws and anchors that do not need to be attach to the stud, but be aware if it fails it leaves a nasty hole in the wall.

Grip fastners... like commandone strips...

you can find them at hardware stores....

costs around $7 for a pair..

Depends on the speaker ...

For 3 lbs ... a simple wall anchor in drywall with a screw head sticking out would work.

The fun part is getting the wire up the wall. smile.gif

There are many ways of doing this. Myself, I used Toggle Bolts that you make a small hole in the wall and then punch them thru. My satellites weigh in at about 9.5 lbs, and they have been mounted since 2003 with nothing coming loose. Check with your local hardware store and if your not sure what you need ask the sales person. If the salesperson hands you something and says they will handle 5 lbs. ask for something that will handle 10. Might be overkill but you don't want speakers falling. Toggler even has an application finder on it's site to help with deciding on what to use. Whatever you do here go cheap on the beer and expensive on the hangers. biggrin.gif
